A little time ago someone put down a deposit on a modest property subject to the vendor fixing a good few problems with it. The time came to settle the balance and move in but none of the jobs had been done. There was a brief legal skirmish and eventually the English court instructed him to return the deposit (£1000) - imagine how sweet was the victory !

Anyhow I wrote this song to take my mind off everyday stress.

P.S. - Dedicated to 'jack the biscuit' and 'da jobs' . . ha ha - we got the £1000 back :) x . . . and the world shines so bright
